Who else is sick and tired of having a poor credit score? Are you fed up with paying MORE for less? Do you cringe in embarrassment at the idea of having to apply for new credit, or a new job, or housing……because you KNOW what the folks looking at your financial history are going to think? If you are anything like 50 millions Americans walking around right now with a SUB standard credit file, you know first hand what it feels like to be treated like a second class citizen by those that make the rules.

Want to know what the deluge of bad credit has brought to bare on millions of unsuspecting consumers who simply want to get a FAIR shake?

Lots and lots of credit repair SCAMS that can do more to harm and hurt your financial well being than a low FICO score will.

As a matter of fact, just the other day, I was speaking to a good friend who has a terrible credit score due to a recent bankruptcy and divorce. He was telling me that he was approached by a financial “advisor” who promised to not only give him a “blank slate” credit file, he also promised to get him a new credit record as well!

And this credit “trick” is certainly not NEW…….

And it’s also NOT legal as well! It’s called, in it’s most elemental form, file segregation, and it’s one of the worst things you can try to fix your file.

Why?

Because it involves the idea that by obtaining a new identification number, you are going to be able to “trick” the credit grantors that you have NONE of the negative credit history that you’ve accumulated, by virtue of having NO credit whatsoever. And of course, those who push and propagate these programs tell you all sorts of other contrived ways to “create” a credit history out of thin air to avoid this issue as well……which can also get you in hot water. (and most of those ideas are now well known and no longer allowed by law)

The BEST way to legally repair your credit is SIMPLE. Dispute the items on your report that are negative. It’s your legal right to challenge ANYTHING on your credit file you don’t think is 100% accurate….and you DON’T need to break the law, or take any chances with seedy strategies to make it happen!
